Uncertain if damages are covered or exceed your deductible

Your home, auto & other possessions are valuable assets, & insurance is here to protect them.  When a loss occurs where there is no question on the damages (i.e. fire, theft, auto accident with major damage and/or injuries), please contact the insurance company immediately to expedite the claim process.  However, when a loss occurs where you are uncertain if damages or repairs warrant filling a claim, please contact our office for a coverage review & counseling.

In the unfortunate event of a loss, we want to ensure that you are able to speak to a trained, caring claim professional as quickly as possible.  By reporting your loss directly to the insurance company, they can begin to handle all aspects of your claim & get you the help you need when it matters most.

Health Insurance Claims

Claims are typically filed directly by your medical service provider (doctor, hospital, etc.). You can also have us help follow-up with the insurance carrier to resolve any issues concerning claims or help in filing an appeal.

Claim Phone Number

The insurance company phone number for claims will be on your policy or insurance card. If you cannot find this number, check the list below of frequently used carriers. If you do not find your company listed, call us.

Billing & Payments

Most of our companies have the option for you to pay your premiums by EFT (electronic funds transfer). Automatic electronic payments prevent lapses in coverage & save you time.  Other companies have e-check available or accept certain payments by credit card.

Please discuss your options with your customer service representative.

Most carriers have extended hours and may be available when we are not. You can always call our office to resolve questions concerning bills from your insurance carrier or from Miller & Miller.
